Hi

I have just copied to you an email, sent to my vendor, about the damage to the height adjustment cover, which I hope you receive; it has images of the damage.

I spoke to you about the manual being in German and you said you may have one to send me, thanks. My address is

A few other comments I'd like to make. The most upsetting thing is that I've discovered the mowers are made in China. Maybe that's a recent undertaking (last year or two) as I avoid products made it China and this was the main reason for buying from Fiskars.

The other comments are:

a) there is no simple height adjustment for the steering/pushing handle.

b) The height settings, though the manual may help

i) the lowest setting of 2.5 isn't really low enough in some situations

ii) the gap between 2.5 and the next is too big, a finer adjustment would be good

iii) how many selections are there? The lowest and top are hard to acquire.

c) The little orange knob for the adjuster came apart, it may be an idea to glue the outer part of the cover to the main body

d) I'm surprised it isn't provided with a cuttings catcher. The one on-line looks flimsy, not worth the £40, more like £5 and hence could be part and parcel of the main product. Can you supply the design and details and I'll have a go at making one.

Saying all that, that you, it does seem to be a nice machine, I bought two :)

Thanks
