Track to Trekensa
January 30th
Starting on the sycamore south of the wagon on the track towards Trekensa. The first was to make room for the adjacent two to the west.
February 4th
The next, 2nd sycamore
There are three remaining growths.
February 6th
The next, 3rd sycamore
February 8th
The 4th sycamore
The 5th and final looks reasonably healthy and am inclined to leave it another year to see how it grows, and meanwhile there are smaller branches of other trees overhanging the lane that I want to remove.
February 14th Splitting logs from S3 for firewood pile 1
December 23rd Dying ash felled opposite new greenhouse location
Access: Track Width
May 7th, 2020Passing the Coach House
The track width is over 2.5m
The track past the Coach House appears narrow but apart from overhanging vegetation is still 2.5m. A full blown dustbin lorry navigates the bends immediately after the Coach House and does a three point turn just before Location 2.
The Royal Mail bag is at https://what3words.com/intricate.orchestra.flickers and can be a meeting point for couriers who do not want to venture further. Suitable for light weight parcels, small ones can be put in the bag. Please call if that is what you'd prefer.
