Broad beans: ✅

First sowing:

October 2023: First sowing end of October. May 24th: First 2 pods for eating

Second sowing:

February: Second sowing mid February

Third sowing:

• 17th April: Soaked a third batch of 62+4
• 20th April: Third: Sowed a bed of 3 rows of 22 . . .
• 2nd May: 13/66 🌱
• 3rd May: 25/66 @ 08:17 | 29/66 @ 09:15 | 32/66 @ 10:57 | 35/66 @ 13:47 | 48/66 @ 15:50 | 🌱
• 4th May: 48/66 🌱 No change from late yesterday. The significant rise yesterday was also half down to my scraping away at the top soil to see how they were. Secondly some seeds are a bit deeper or slow and of course some may never grow. After digging/poking around with a small stick I have found another 9 viable and one that looks dead. So 57/66 @ 10:35 | 59/66 @ 15:32 poked the soil a bit more and found two that had the heads bitten off. Covered them with pet bottles and will see how they grow.
• 5th May: 62/66 Though I have my doubts about two being viable 🌱
• 14th May: 60/66 + 2 possibles. ✅
