Fairphone:- Mobile Phone

The location of the land at ELF is not conducive to efficient mobile phone reception. I have been using Orange, ~ now EE for some 20 years here but signal availability has reduced over time.

My new mobile is a,Fairphone 3+,and has wifi calling, which is a first for me and that does permit EE usage.

  • Bought O2 PAYG though haven't registered it as there is a problem. So though I cannot make calls I can receive calls and text messages.
  • Joined Beta testing and installed Android 11 Beta on second phone.
  • Using both SIMs in second phone
  • First phone usable as only SIM missing, Internet, WhatsApp et al working fine
