  • March 22nd: 320g of mixed from 2025.

  • March 23rd: Ground the flour one more time and it really is the finest I have made, but the mill is so old. The last bit I had to throw away as it had too much metal dust. Still have 320g jar full

Second Batch

  • April 22nd: 300g of mixed from 2025. This batch was more of the round yellow kernels. It seemed easier to grind on the tight setting, almost fine enough after the first grind. But put it through three times.
