To develop a plan their must be some directional motivation, some design, some peace of mind and the space to carry on.

In societal terms that requires the approval of the ever powerful holders of the resource to be exploited and prospect of being able to benefit from what is clearly a common resources.

Material resources having been commandeered by ego-centric entities such as trees and animals do not willingly give up their place, water and air may be apparent exceptions, though it is wise not to challenge the flexibility they have unless you are prepared to loose the struggle. And so it is with the homo sapiens, or more precisely in this location, me.

With the notion of development comes the plan and I have developed and modified my actions as the development continues. Societally I am constrained by the authorities that provide for the resources I exploit, the land and it's lawful use. Sure I can make small infringements which if left unchallenged for a period of time become defensible. This defence is quite simple, if neighbours do not complain I carry on. If my actions do not disturb their peace of mind I will not be challenged, if my actions support theirs I will, temporarily benefit from their support especially in that common development.

So my view is that a prospective beneficiary is most likely to be a developer and it is the proposed plan that is the issue in deciding if I find it disturbing, supportive or insignificant. The wild animals, such as deer, rabbits, mice, and birds are disturbing in that they eat vegetation that I cultivate for food. Neighbours develop their comforts and impinge on mine, yet each of us knows there are enforceable laws that can be exploited to deal with discomforts, if so desired.

In planning to exploit the ELF trust it would be wise to read a) the founding document, b) discuss with those founders about their motivation and c) with me as the manager about any aspect of the topics on this website. If neither if these seem attractive, which I imagine is unlikely they wait until I die and speak to those trustees that have little or no experience of managing the land.

The crux of the matter is to look inwards at what strength can be found to under-develop and thereby become insignificant, ideally transparent. If a person wishes to be a healer and shine, to be radiant and a beacon of what is right, then head for space to joint the other stars, for here there is no such option, just enough room to decay peacefully and if that were easy I would not be the obstacle to other's occupation of this land.
