Psycho Ramblers

I was working at firewood when I heard voices on the lane and as is usual I asked if they were going anywhere particular, pointing out that the public right of way ended some 100 to 150 meters and there was no access to the river.

I told them it was an SSSI and If I hadn't been so breathless I would show them around. The gentleman stopped whilst the females continued walking. I entered into a conversation about Okel Tor to the male and noted river acces was possible there.

Meanwhile as I walked with the male I noted the females had not stopped at Trekensa Gardens but walked towards the river. I ran ahead and saw the females climb over the low gate and under the rope. I shouted that there was no right of way any further. The older female led the other towards the river and I shouted again that they were trespassing and asked them to leave again. The older female was beligerent and continued to walk. I ran and got passed her to block her way. She tried to barge past me and on the second attempt and I grabbed the hem of her jacket.

Then there was 6 to 9 minutes of struggle as I held on to the hem of her jacket whilst she punched and kicked me, the beligerant female insisted she had a right to ramble and spouted numerous other nonsensicle points of view.

I said if they come to the caravan I could call the police to ascertain the rights and wrongs of trespass and the use of force to remove trspassers I asked the daughtert teo call the police, to no avail.

My attempt to pull her to stop her continuing by holding on to her coat provoked her violence as she still tried to continue to get down the path. Her husband help to hold her as I tried to drag her away whilst the daughter was getting upset. As she punched and kicked me I tried to pull her around, this meant me going lower on bund and trying to pull her back. Sadly for me this left my left leg vulnerable and she stamped repeatedly on the outside of my knew bending my leg inward. Given my reluctance to let her carry on she made special effort in damaging my knee telling me I'm going to get hurt ~ well she acheived that.

When for the umpteenth time I asked her to leave her reply was 'I'm doing nothing unitll you let go of me', so I let go of her jacket. Then was then another bit of banter before they all left.

The male had been the most reasonable but failed to take his daughter away, which had he done so - I think - would have encouraged the older female, to leave.

I will have to find an alternartive if it happens again, though this is the first time in 26 years that someone has been violent in their aggravated tresspass.

I have reported it to the police CR24357-20

As my knee was damaged I couldn't catch them up to photograph them properly, and anyway I was a bit off, upset and in pain but here is what I have.
