June 21st: I dug out a bit of debris to get a clear indication of how the boundary wall is fairing. That the wall maybe collapsing is no doubt down to the pressure put on it by a pool full of water on it higher site that reaches up to the top of the wall. It is clear also that the are has been a dump for broken glass pains and roof tiles as well as plastic rubbish. Now sadly it has my attention and will take no doubt years to remedy just access, remove debris and if possible stabilise the wall.
