Himalayan Balsam: 2017

April 25th, 2017

General: Work covers the fields that stretch some 1.1Km along the river. Areas are labelled {1,2,3 and 4} and page numbers respectively show a map of the area and the work carried out. 2016
As of August 2017 the main work is to clear southward from the breach in Area2 along the field side of the drain.

Area 1

area1

Area 1 is partitioned as follows:
yellow Part of the top field east to the drainage channel of the lower field.
green This is the lower field, between west, south and east drainage channels.
blue The line indicates the western edge of the bund
orange Not a part of the Riverland fields but cleared as it encroaches upon it.

ELF Trust Update

July 24th, 2024

28th November 2025

Spoke to Land Registry, they are just busy and emailed to apologise.

I also have a number I think maybe related to the ELF trust

trust |\|01 :: 474214010144

30th October 2025 :: 22:13

Still waiting on updated title from land registry. Meanwhile here is text for a 2023 update to the ELF trust. It seems Ok so will work on that. It comes under the IELU idea.

8th October 2025 :: 19:00

Having waited about 6 months for a title transfer I am about to register the ELF trust anew with only some 16 acres as an asset. The other 23 will have to wait.

Some of the trust document will be amended and be more expressive of a moral nature than an ethical one. I.e. The focus is on how a person makes demands and is reliant on resources, rather than how the resources themselves are important as a commodity that requires a sustainable exploitation.

Some details of the thinking can be found on associated site whereas this site is largely a diary of the ethical activity used as practices to evoke the moral soul, not the ethical spirit.

For such thoughts you may read :

  • IELU ( Increasingly Ecological Land Use) on the moral issue of using land and other thoughts on how and why the way is to use less by engaging with more empathy and focus.
  • ELF transition text written before the de and re registering of the ELF trust.
  •  Various related 'sites' at ELF Sever

Not possible to work on Gov site as my login details seem to apply to only the closed ELF so will call tomorrow (https://www.gov.uk/find-hmrc-contacts/trusts-enquiries) Telephone: 0300 123 1072

  1. Trust Closed via Inland Revenue and Land Registry: See Page 2
  2. ELF Trust removed from titles on 10th January 2025
  3. TransferingTitles for Use as IELU 30th April 2025 . . .
    Special thanks to David Searle: Notary

Having found no other beneficiaries or trustees to manage the land, the remaining two trustees Michal Lovejoy and Roger Lovejoy agreed to close the ELF trust: Acknowledged by: Stephen Morris of the affiliated Riverland trust. The land shall still be known as 'ELF' until disposed of. See HaKaiEl Given the proprietor's duty to care for the land those not taking responsibility for the land will be removed from the relevant titles. As per the ELF Trust deed (Rule 19) the land shall be invested in the only existing beneficiary, who will continue to implement an Increasing Ecological Land Use(IELU)to better further the ethos of the ELF trust.

Act 1: Remove Form B restriction from titles using RX3

  • July 24th: Trust closed via Government Gateway. ✅
  • August 16th:Trustees sign Closure Document ✅
  • August 17th: RX3 with aforementioned documents enveloped and ready to send to :
    H M Land Registry Citizen Centre, PO Box 74, Gloucester, GL14 9BB ✅
  • August 20th: Sent RX3 with aforementioned documents and amendments ~ see comment. ✅
  • August 27th: Acknowledgment of receiptby Land Registry. ✅
  • January 10th 2025: I have just received from the Land Registry that the closure of the ELF trust was viable and I have received a new set of titles for all three properties. ✅

Initiating: See comment 3

Act 2: Transfer of Titles to Beneficiary

  • Transfer tiles to beneficiary: Transfer requires AP1, TR1 and 2 x ID1
  • ID requires documents [2 photos] and [Notary]
  • Documents may be: [Water bill] and [Council tax]

Scene Change

From this point on the beneficiary will provide financial recompense to the ELF trust settlors to further their own ecological future (ielu) (ielu is Latvian for 'way')

Act 3: Transfer of land from Beneficiary

  • Discuss transfer with interested parties
  • Transfers without financial consideration will ensure an IELU.
  • Similarly any assets from a transfer shall be used to support an IELU.
