Himalayan Balsam: 2017
April 25th, 2017General: Work covers the fields that stretch some 1.1Km along the river. Areas are labelled {1,2,3 and 4} and page numbers respectively show a map of the area and the work carried out. 2016
As of August 2017 the main work is to clear southward from the breach in Area2 along the field side of the drain.

Area 1 is partitioned as follows:
yellow Part of the top field east to the drainage channel of the lower field.
green This is the lower field, between west, south and east drainage channels.
blue The line indicates the western edge of the bund
orange Not a part of the Riverland fields but cleared as it encroaches upon it.

ELF Trust Closure

Having found no other beneficiaries or trustees to manage the land, the remaining two trustees Michal Lovejoy and Roger Lovejoy agreed to close the ELF trust: Acknowledged by: Stephen Morris of the affiliated Riverland trust. The land shall still be known as 'ELF' until disposed of. Given the proprietor's duty to care for the land those not taking responsibility for the land will be removed from the relevant titles. As per the ELF Trust deed (Rule 19) the land shall be invested in the only existing beneficiary, who will continue to implement an Increasing Ecological Land Use(IELU)to better further the ethos of the ELF trust.
Act 1: Remove Form B restriction from titles using RX3
- July 24th: Trust closed via Government Gateway. ✅
- August 16th:Trustees sign Closure Document ✅
- August 17th: RX3 with aforementioned documents enveloped and ready to send to :
H M Land Registry Citizen Centre, PO Box 74, Gloucester, GL14 9BB ✅ - August 20th: Sent RX3 with aforementioned documents and amendments ~ see comment. ✅
- August 27th: Acknowledgment of receiptby Land Registry. ✅
- January 10th 2025: I have just received from the Land Registry that the closure of the ELF trust was viable and I have received a new set of titles for all three properties. ✅

Act 2: Transfer of Titles to Beneficiary
- Transfer tiles to beneficiary: Transfer requires AP1, TR1 and 2 x ID1
- ID requires documents [2 photos] and [solicitor]
- Documents may be: [Water bill] and [Council tax]
- Transfer of both titles simultaneously require only 1 ID from each proprietor.
Scene Change
From this point on the beneficiary will provide financial recompense to the ELF trust settlors to further their own ecological future (ielu) (ielu is Latvian for 'way')Act 3: Transfer of land from Beneficiary
- Discuss transfer with interested parties
- Transfers without financial consideration will ensure an IELU.
- Similarly any assets from a transfer shall be used to support an IELU.
