I did, some time ago find a baby deer but today what looks like maybe a young one. I have lifted it into a wheel barrow in which I laid some 'plastic' canvas and then wrapped the canvas over the deer for the night as I can't work out what I want to do with it

The deer doesn't appear injured so maybe it trapped itself and died from the cold . . . � or maybe is was poisoned � or could it have been scared and died from a heart attack �

There are three main options
1. Use it, for food, clothing or compost. ✘
2. Leave it out to decompose: away from my regular paths. ✅
3. Bury the body. A funeral pyre is out the question ✘
