Holding Trustees - Powers

  1. The trustees shall hold the Title Deeds, monies and other property that has been permanently endowed to ELF.
  2. A management committee shall be formed to be responsible for the day to day running of 'The Farm'. This committee will be the 'Charity Trusttes' of the farm.
  3. The trusttes shall concur and support the management committee in all matters that the committe decide is necessary to further the aims of the ELF Trust, except where such action is contrary to the aims and objects of ELF and would constitute a breech of the ELF trust.
  4. The Trustees shall not be laible when acting on legal advice or that of 'The Committee'
  5. Once 'The Committee' is established, Trustees shall be elected by consensus of 'The Commitee', insofar as there shall always be at least two trustees on any title deed and account.
  6. A trustee may not be dismissed by the Committee unless there is clear and material evidence of their lack of responsibility. Where a Trustee has been dismissed they may apply to the Charity Commission for a review of the committees decision.
  7. Trustees are deemed dismissed by virtue of incapacitation, bankrupcy or resignation which shall be in writing giving at least a period of time including two full moons.
