Charitable Status
The Charitable Nature of the trust and the permanent endowment of land for charitable uses requires under English Law that the Charity be registered. To this end the Charity shall be registered as 'The Farm' if the name has not already been used.
Holding Trustees
- The trustees of ELF shall be the Holding Trustees of 'The Farm' *
- Powers and responsibilities.
The Farm (Committee of Management)
- The committee of management shall consist of no less than three persons. *
- Powers and responsibilities.
