Categories: AdminSend feedback » • PermalinkPrices on any invoice are still subject to change. My invoices are based upon current catalogue prices, which are only printed bi-monthly. Essential Trading, Bristol have new stock delivered daily and update their prices as they arrive. So even once I've sent my order to them, usually a Wednesday, they can update prices by Friday when my order is picked and packed.

As I will be required to pay the current prices any changes will be passed on to my customers.
The method I use to calculate final invoice is
- to update the price, where necessary
- 4.65% is incorporated into the price
- If the order is over £80 a further 5% is added on the invoice, if less than £80 a flat charge of £4 is added
- A discount is often applied to attentive consumers
- The final value is then rounded to the nearest pound
The request to pay to the nearest £5 above, n the invoice is a) to avoid coins and b) to help cover any increases, that may occur.- You will only pay the value in 5 above, any outstanding credit or debt will be returned or requested from you.
