Miso
This is the rare thing I don't buy from Essential and so is a separate order. I buy from Source Foods company in Cwm, Wales.
Paul has been making miso for decades and has a variety that is all British in that the beans are field beans from Kent and the barley from Scotland.
The more common styles are sweet and mellow rice ans soya, each having a low salt version which uses predominantly potassium chloride than sodium.
You can purchase on-line, but unless you order over £30 you must also pay for postage. I buy bulk a couple of times a year so you can contact me any time.
