ELF Trust, Harewood, Calstock


Rights of Way Enjoyed and Suffered By ELF Trust

Private rights are enjoyed in the following ways:

  1. To pass and repass for any purpose over all roads leading to said land to and from Calstock Town, St. Andrews Church ( Brown Lines ) and Okel Tor Quay, ( Green Line ) having the right to use the latter for all ordinary purposes in common with others awarded the right. (Excepting the track through Okel Tor and the rights to use Okel Tor Quay, the other ways have been adopted by Cornwall County Council and are now public byeways open to all traffic)
  2. To pass and repass over the  Orange Track  to Trekensa Gardens (YELLOW LAND) for any purpose.
  3. To pass and repass over a way 10ft wide for any purpose other than the driving of cattle, along the northern boundary of Trekensa Gardens.( Red Dots )
  4. To cart manure from the river bank accross Trekensa Gardens.
  5. On foot only to walk from the main track opposite The Coach House around the walled garden to the feilds to the east. ( Blue Dots )

Encumbrant on ELF property are the following rights awarded to others.

  1. To the owners of the GREY FIELDS to the west of ELF a right across the southern edge of upper field 8ft wide.( White Dots )
  2. To access the mooring (RED SQUARE) a right for the owners to park a vehicle just inside the 'Triangle Field' and then to walk along the edge of the fields as shown by the ( Yellow Dots )
