We write concerning some land recently acquired by you from Mr. John Mortimer, at Harewood, Calstock.
We act for an adjoining land owner, Mrs. Hanns, she is concerned about a water pipe passing beneath her land serving your property.
Mr. Mortimer may have advised you that he was given permission to lay this pipe by Mrs. Hanns, on condition that he allowed Mrs. Hanns to take a supply of water for herself from the pipe, on the basis that she pays a proper amount for consumption of water.
The purpose of this letter is to make you aware of these arrangements, and ask for your confirmation that you are in agreement.
