22nd May I received and email from Garden Essentials to say a replacement has been delivered to Gunnislake Post Office; no idea why Parcel Force didn't deliver.

As there has been no mention of returning the faulty mower despite my email, I will use it for now and keep it as spares if it isn't collected.
