Having found no other beneficiaries or trustees to manage the land, the remaining two trustees Michal Lovejoy and Roger Lovejoy agreed to close the ELF trust:
Acknowledged by: Stephen Morris of the affiliated Riverland trust.
The land shall still be known as 'ELF' until disposed of.
Given the proprietor's duty to care for the land those not taking responsibility for the land will be removed from the relevant titles.
As per the ELF Trust deed (Rule 19) the land shall be invested in the only existing beneficiary, who will continue to implement an Increasing Ecological Land Use(IELU)to better further the ethos of the ELF trust.
