Created: July 29th, 2024Having found no other beneficiaries or trustees to manage the land, the remaining two trustees Michal Lovejoy and Roger Lovejoy agreed to close the ELF trust:
The land shall still be known as 'ELF' until disposed of.
In accord with Rule 19 of the ELF Trust the land shall be invested in the sole beneficiary, Roger Lovejoy, who will continue to implement an, IELU (Increasing Ecological Land Use) to better further the ethos of the ELF trust. See online info at http://217.155.51.23/ielu
The management of the land remains unchanged.
- Future transfer of titles may be with or without material or financial consideration.
- Transfers without financial consideration will ensure an IELU.
- Similarly any assets from a transfer shall be used to support an IELU.
- Given the proprietor's duty of care, those not taking responsibility for any land will be removed from the titles

The Elf trust is also called 'Forest Agriculture' and the 'Riverland' as mentioned in registering CL112991
