Created: September 1st, 2024I made some pasta today from home cultivated wheat and maize. The grinding is a bit rough which you see in the image below. The image is the second half of today's test the other half cooked after resting for maybe an hour max. That in the image will be left for a few days to dry.
- Sept 7th: The drying didn't shrink the pasta much, if at all. It took a while to cook, with faltering electrics, and had a more solid texture.
