Sadly only one of the root bits survived the winter, though they were indoors, and it is so small and is just about alive from the decaying tuber. I doubt it will survive but have planted it out by the 'yacón'

Oct. 27th: Noticed what appears to be another shoot coming up. Added a little more soil and compost water.
