I have three admin jobs
1) As one of the nominee trustees I am to protect the land against sale as an asset for personal gain, along with Michal and Steve and to update where possible any documents that relate to the foundation ideas, the landscaping and allocation of land.
2) As the de-facto land manager to ensure any use of the land is i) within the general rules of the trust, ii) in accord with any overall landscaping plan: To review the landscaping and to provide options for amendment and work on the habitats and boundaries to keep the land suitable for original purpose.
3) To allocate new areas for use with the minimum acceptable impact to current growers: Use the land to grow food etc. and assist others in establishing suitable management and use of their allotment.

Business Model With a notion of lowering the impact upon surroundings the effort is focused on growing food with forestry and conservation as support. Agriculture or more specifically horticulture can provide an easy first option with only a year to reap some benefit. Although it will take a number of years to develop agriculture to a level that provide sufficient income the governments support mechanism of Tax Credit can be exploited as the hours worked will be far in excess of the minimum. As long as the majority of earned income is from growing and conservation a major financial focus will be in reducing the reliance on money. There will be no rent, however if residence is to be established then council tax could be liable. Nevertheless no actual amount may need to be paid as it is income related.
