Dear Tanya Johnson.
I have just received you letter of 23rd, wherein you ask me to discuss the possibility of mediation.
My first query is how do you envisage the mediation? Is it a meeting amongst all parties and yourself, or do you usually have separate meeting with each party and where would you consider having such meetings? Would they/could they be done by correspondence?
Would you also tell me when you were first assigned to this case and have you had the time to read all the bundles etc.
Mediation would be preferable, socially, but the defendants have shied away from responding to any representations in the past.
I look forward to your views and suggestions as to how mediation may be undertaken.
Thank you very much for your offer.
Roger Lovejoy
