Ok
Where to start.
1. Barden's said the Frieght company would not deliver as the roads were too narrow and they only have 18 tonners

2. I used an address in the village as double decker buses go by, so not much excuse and they said they could use a 12 tonner but it would cost an extra £50

3. The batteries arrived with no notification, so I couldn't be there. Even the suppliers didn't know.

So on this third part the consequences are that Michal had to handle the delivery and

i) the first thing of note is she wondeed why they didn't deliver to me as the vehicle was a small van, car sized with no windows

ii) Michal said she asked the driver to move the pallet from the road to the edge of the building and apparently he wasnot happy ~ he couldn't move it as it was too heavy ??? Ok how did he get if off the van. Apparently he dragged it out and dropped it on the road.

iii) So it is eben more important that I would have had a change to be there a) to help unload it and b) to inspect the batteries

iv) So not only could I not inspect them as the instruction on the package direct, they were dropped some 60cm on to tarmac, and small the wooden pallet wouldn't exactly break their fall. I still have a question on whether the driver got one end out on the ground and then carefully droped the other end or just dragged it out.

v) There is no leakage of electolyte at this time but the plates and conductirs may be damaged. It only takes a small crack to bring about early degredation so I will at least want, from Rolls, an indication of the concerns and form Bardens an acknowlegment that they could eb damaged.

4. There are no handles for the s6 145. make me wonder how they were puy on the pallet.
