Fig and Tree 2017Updated: August 8th, 2020
Created: August 8th, 2020July 8th 2017 Picked two to test.
The lighter one on the left I had been tempted to leave for a few days but after cutting the riper one and finding a dry patch I thought I check to see if was a consequence of being past it's time, which is dumb as the fig would fall off then.

Well you can see they are much the same inside. The texture was fine but neither were very sweet so will leave others to ripen more.
There are three seasons of figs.
- The autumn ones, although seemingly surviving the winter rotted during the spring.
- The tiny winter buds came alive in spring and now early summer some are nearly ripe, You can see in the picture below the larger figs, two of which are yellowing.
