Calstock Parish Council has devised a Neighbourhood Development Plan that designates part of the ELF trust as a site of concern.

23rd SeptApart from a few emails I send of in a hurry, over the last month, I spent most of today, composing a detailed response which is to be submitted by 1st Oct.

27th Sept This is the fifth consecutive day where I am spending all the daylight hours working on a response. My first attempt took two days and yesterday I managed to pull a less emotionally whinging extract to work on, which ended up at 6 pages. This will be the first of a two part response covering the mapping and reasons for their proposal to 'Sustainably Develop part of the Trust land. Today I hope to proof it and send it to CCC via their website.

The second part of the response relates to the poor procedural issue in that whereas the NDP group have been at it for seven years it was only July this year after prompted by the County Council that the parish council informed that the area of land to the south of the track is to be targeted as needing special protection.

It will require at least one more day to do a second part concerning the procedure that did not take into account the concerns or views of the proprietors of the lands targeted.
