• 9th August: 3rd can of fuel bought so about 14Lt used so far.
• 4th August: Have used 10L fuel so far so about 12 to 13 tanks at 0.75L. Since first use I realised I could throw the throttle in tune with swinging the shaft. In other words I press and release the throttle control each time I swing left and right. This usage gets me an hour of work whereas before I was getting 20 to 30 minutes with the throttle on hold at maximum revs most of the time.
• 23rd July:
  Used only one tank of fuel to go over the track across the bottom of the triangle field, all the way to the unlabelled sedge area in Area 1, south of Area1green. This was largely down to throttling at each swing and then letting off, and that most of the path was relatively clear.
