September 23rd: Cleared areas around caravan again, and bund north of the boat 3T
September 21st: Cleared areas around caravan, beds, wagon and track 2T
September 19th: Cleared areas around caravan and beds 1T
August 23rd: Cleared areas around, new found patch of Himalayan Balsam, path across far field and fern patches on path where triangle fields meet 1T
August 1st: Cleared across both triangle fields and part far field, and up to the slope in the triangle field and duffed the Crocosmia crocosmiiflora (montbretia) 2T
July 25th: Cleared garden surrounding area 3/4T
July 23rd: Cleared around garden 3/4T. Cleared bund on Area2 for Himalayan balsam. 2T was enough to clear from just after the Japanese Knotweed up to the breach and return along the whole bund to the boat and up to the track. 2^1/2hrs
July 8th: Cleared around garden and ALP 1T. Cleaned and stored for a week or two hopefully. Going to take strimmer head, with bits of cord to Exeter, soon
July 7th: Cleared paths for Himalayan balsam in far fields2T (lost another tank of fuel as for the second time I didn't screw the cap on the fuel tank
July 5th: Cleared around wagon and southern track across far field 2T
June 21st: Cleared along bund up to Japanese Knotweed; and some along track 1T
June 20th: ~~Took to Maya and Matt's to clear overgrowth but hit hidden rocks and metal damaging shredder blade dozens of times ?? 0.5T~~
June 19th: Cleared bund to boat and 100yds north: gave Gavin a little go and jointly did 30m up the triangle field and cleared the track to the kings 1T
June 17th: Cleared path across far field and back, and small patches for fir trees1T
June 17th: Cleared around caravan, beds, east of beds, along track and wagon, 1T
June 15th: Cleared around caravan, beds, ALP and wagon 1T
Cleared path across small triangle field and back 1T
June 14th: Cleared around caravan, beds, ALP and wagon 1T
Cleared remainder path across bottom of triangle field and back 1T
May 23rd: Cleared around wagon, beds, ALP. 1T
Cleared bund to Japanese Knotweed and back 2T
Cleared 90m of track at bottom of triangle field 1T

April 25th: Early Cleared around wagon, beds, and 100m or so along bund to the boat and north some 25m beyond the willow strip 1T
April: Early Cleared around wagon whilst making turning place and beds and caravan 1T

July 5th 2017 Update
Have called both Stihl and R&T and have arranged to take the strimmer head to be checked over.

Just received a call from R&T and there is a notion that if the strimmer is not running at full revs the string may snap as it starts up and hits something
