Although this website is still hosted off-site, withKrystal.ukI setup a server at ELF in the workshop on 30th June using a Raspberry Pi 4.

Currently it hosts test sites so I could work out how to manage public access, multiple domains and get SSL security running, which I now have as of 19:00 19th July.

I hope to move the primary ELF website, this site, once I have established an email server, but I am not sure about running the server 24/7 I'll see what impact running a 'Sometimes Server' will have on email use. I'm not as concerned about HTTP content as I imagine few people visit the site.

August 23rd
Well things have moved on a fair bit, though I'm still not running the server24/7, it's more like a 9 to 9 thing.
However I do have the https (secure transfers) set up and the 'new' ELF Trust 'principals' site running which is also now public >more and details.
