Given the thoughts summarised in the text below I am going to rewrite the Trust Document/Deed to include a primary rule that says the documents rules can only be changed if all exsiting founders agree, namely those whose names appeared on title deeds of land held in trust.

New Rules
If you are interested in helping rewrite the documents please contact me.
I am also adding a set of explanations, to explain why the rules exist, for future argument the explanations are more critical and cannot be changed unless all founders agree.
Thirdly there will be guidance or a plan as to how to administer the land to fit the rules. A manager will be prescribed for this responsibility.
The rule for meetings will be relaxed from a time based order to one of request by any trustee.
Recently, with prospective beneficiaries, I have come across administration problems.
I seem to act with three motives:
- It seems a personal matter to get along with people. A need to co-operate, given my individual weakness as a solitary human animal. This leads to tendency a to highlight some physical benefits of using the land to exploit possible company.
- Once I realise the impact upon myself and surroundings I become a manager of the land and start to be aware of, and concerned about, the impact another person will have.
- Given the above two conflicting bases of wanting company in the first instance and being worried about the impact and liability given space to think I am then left with acting as a trustee.
Now I begin to worry, this is where the conflict has to be sorted. a) As a trustee I cannot deny the offer of the benefit yet neither can I accept another that doesn't account for the impact they will have on the environment, which includes me, presently.
The problem is clearly trying to assess impact and be realistic about what impact it is having on me personally.
This is why any person wishing to use the land to grow food to develop a lifestyle and business based on agriculture is required to provide an outline of their designs including their expectation and mitigation plans. This once accepted will be the basis of a contract.
At this point someone may wish to reside on the land for extended periods, 3 to nine months to get to know the land and responsibilities than go with managing or owning it. For any proper long term contract will include the option of managerial veto of any future sale of the land which would impact upon their lifestyle or business.
