Created: February 14th, 2022Microscopy can be useful in identifying fungal spores and plant section which only require a low magnification. bacteria and blood cells require the max, a minimum of 1000 and some would argue up to 2500. To this end I have decided to buy a microscope and periferals
Friday 25th
Called Andie @ Meiji UK 01934 733655 on 24th who said that the new 4000 and 5000 models come with an external power unit supplying 6V> 12v
Andie also recommended the 5000 series as abetter option in that the 4000 is not quite as good and it likely to be discontinued. Further it is not kept in stock and has to be ordered from Japan. As it is only a money issue (+£800) I've decided to get that, but without a camera for now.
