Big Ash
October 22nd [A] Decided it was to difficult and risky to take down an ash tree by lopping so felled it. It was growing out of the boundary wall but leaning towards the neighbours field. As I was reluctant to go into the neighbours field to fell I didn't manage to cut it so that it fell where I wanted. There was a small piece of the trunk still attached as it fell so rather than falling into the triangle filed it fell on the boundary wall.
